Why?
I published this page to promote Oracle Application Express as a development platform worth trying and using for serious web-based, database-backed applications for all enterprises in Australia; to showcase developers in Australia who are publishing content about it; and basically because I saw the domain names oracleapex.com.au and orclapex.com.au were available and wanted to put them to good use :)
